Mosquito nets, Shoe clothe, etc since 1977 . Fabric manufactured meets the needs
Of domestic as well as international market due to good quality & specification
maintenance. Since incecption of the units it has achieved many fold growth in knitting
industry , and presently running five factories in Amritsar having client base through out
India.The manufacturing is regularly updated using most advanced manufacturing equipment
And processing , adding latest machinery and using best quality of raw material ie. Yarn.
Lucky Group also deals in and is agent of Reliance Industry Limited (Yarn) and all kinds
Of yarn are supplied in Amritsar as well as in Ludhiana.

The manufacturing area is nearly 25000 sq ft. and made of paca structure. The approximate annual
Consumption of yarn is more than 300 Tons and annual turnover of group is nearly Rs. 150 Crore
Lucky Group is now starting a new factory in the name of M/s R.S. Enterprises at 304 Focal point
With the land area of 1700 sq yards and latest textile machinery is to be installed there which
Would result in handsome increase of production .

Plant & Machinery

We have the complete units for manufacturing our products . The machines used are warpers , flat bed tricot machines, Raschel knitting machines with bar range 2 bars to 25 bars and width 130 “ to 230 “
And 28 Gauge. The whole machinery used is imported one. Make Karl Mayer.

Product Range

Lucky Group is manufacturing mosquito nets, fashion fabrics , sofa backs, Curtains , shoe cloth , inners jackets , dupattas, sares and all other as per demand of the domesticas well al international market. The products are sold in grey condition as well as finished . products are finished keeping international norms into consideration.

Quality Control

Highly skilled labour is employed so that product is manufactured defect free. Worn out parts of machines are changed very occasionally to maintain the quality of product. Time to time the specifications of products are tested by Govt. Labs.

Delivery Arrangements

Delivery of the goods is made by road transport or railways as required by the client . The management has been so trained and instructed that delivery of the goods is made in time
